We offer our cleaning services to our Property Management clients in conjunction with a valid Property Management package.

We offer a range of cleaning services to our Property Management clients, from Deep cleaning to Mid-stay cleans. All the prices listed at the bottom of this page are fully inclusive and unlike most of our competitors we do not charge extra for laundry or cleaning windows and patios/balconies.

Spring Fresh - Free for Property Management clients at the beginning of the season in preparation for their first guests

The winters in Bulgaria are very severe, with weather conditions ranging anywhere between +40/+45 degrees in the summer months, to lows as cold as -10/-15 degrees in the winter months, which is much worse than in Western Europe.

Properties which have been unoccupied for long periods, become very dusty, dirty and need preparing before the arrival of the first guests. During the Spring we carry out a deep and thorough clean of every room to ensure your property is in top condition for the start of the season. This includes, but not is limited to;

  • Cleaning all windows inside and out (where possible).
  • Balcony scrubbing including cleaning of balcony furniture
  • Removal of all crockery/cutlery and glasses – thorough washing-up drying/polishing
  • Cleaning inside/outside of all cupboards throughout the apartment.
  • Oven and hob cleaning
  • Moving and cleaning underneath/behind all furniture including beds/wardrobes (where possible).
  • Deep clean of bathrooms including tiles, grout, shower cabins and baths.
  • Beds made up with fresh linen and towels (provided by the owner).
  • Please note that we DO NOT launder any bedlinen, towels, blankets, or throws during the spring clean – if we do need to launder, we will get in contact.

Departure Clean

We can manage everything for you, so you don't have to worry about your apartment while you're at home. This package includes the following;

  • Official key holder, distributing and collecting keys to your guests
  • Familiarising them with the facilities of the apartment
  • Apartment cleaned to a very high standard before guests arrive
  • Refreshing of crockery/cutlery & glasses.
  • Beds made with Fresh linen and towels (provided by the owner)
  • Electric water heaters turned on & off as required between occupancies
  • Check your apartment for obvious/visible damages after your guest’s departure (if you require a thorough check carried out by our rep, this will be an extra charge of £10)
  • Where necessary send photographs and a full report detailing any theft or damage
  • A toilet roll per toilet is left, alongside small bars of soap and small bottles of shampoo/shower gel to start off the holiday with basics

If any of your guests arrive or depart outside normal office hours (between 15th May and 15th September) between the hours of 0900 - 1800, and require keys but have not taken advantage our airport transfer service then we reserve the right to apply a call-out charge of £20.

Mid-stay Clean

If your guests are staying for more than a week, they will probably expect to have a mid-stay clean. Linen and towels need laundering every 7 days, any longer than this and they may not come clean. The package includes;

  • Light cleaning of the apartment
  • Beds made with Fresh linen and towels (provided by the owner)

Please note that this service can only be ordered in conjunction with a departure clean and not on its own.

We do not accept liability for any theft or damage caused by your guests.

  • 2 SETS OF KEYS MUST BE PROVIDED PER APARTMENT.
  • 2 SETS OF LINEN AND TOWELS MUST BE PROVIDED FOR EACH BED. WE DO NOT USE A POOL OF BEDDING AND TOWELS.
  • YOUR LINEN WILL BE MARKED WITH YOUR APARTMENT DETAILS AND ONLY EVER USED IN YOUR PROPERTY.
  • BASIC CLEANING EQUIPMENT MUST BE PROVIDED: THESE ARE A DUSTPAN AND BRUSH, MOP AND BUCKET AND A TOILET BRUSH.

BONUS: If there is a 5-day gap or more between the last clean and your guests arriving – we will send a team of girls to go back to your apartment and refresh the apartment – FREE of charge!

A different service can be selected each time if required depending on the needs of your guests. The prices below are per service and based on the following maximum occupancies:

Studio Apt - up to 3
1 Bedroom Apt - up to 5
2 Bedroom Apt - up to 6
3 Bedroom Apt and Villa A - up to 8
Villa B - up to 10

*IF YOU WISH TO PUT A HIGHER OCCUPANCY IN YOUR PROPERTY THAN THE SPECIFIED AMOUNT. For example: 1 BEDROOM = 6 PEOPLE (instead of 4); YOU WILL BE CHARGED AT THE 2 BEDROOM PRICE DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL LAUNDRY COSTS INVOLVED.
