Property Management Package

The total cost is £345 per annum and is valid for 12 months from the date of payment, with a discount of 15% for second and subsequent properties legally owned by the same person and consists of the following:

  • Key Holding with staff on emergency call-out 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
  • Checking of your property all year round. Checking of the property twice a month throughout the winter and once a month during the summer if unoccupied. We will inform you of any problems that need rectifying. Should there be any problems we may be able to remedy these at an additional cost to the owner unless this is covered by a maintenance contract with the builder/developer in which case we will liaise with them to remedy the problem.
  • A FREE Spring Cleaning Service, a deep clean at the start of the season.
  • Complimentary Cot, Highchair and Fold Up Bed hire.
    The value of this if you were to pay for these separately would be £20 per week each.
  • Discount on our Airport Transfer service.
    On every single journey you receive an average discount of BGN10.
  • Free advertising on our rentals web site www.totallybulgaria.com if you wish to rent out your apartment you will be able to produce your own advert.
    The value of this if you were to pay for this separately would be £60.
  • Free advertising and promotion of your property for rent in our Central Sunny Beach office and via our network of collaborating Travel Agents
  • Photograph service for promotion of your property on our rentals web site.
    The value of this if you were to pay for it separately would be £25.
  • Free initial inventory of your property.
  • Payment of annual Municipality Tax to the local authority on behalf of the owner(s). (Actual cost of bills additional).
  • Payment of electricity and water bills on behalf of the owner. (Actual cost of bills additional).
  • Arrangement of Buildings and Contents Insurance plus assistance with making a claim should the need arise.
  • Arrangement of installation of Cable or Satellite TV, internet…plus payment of bills. (Actual cost of bills and installation additional).
  • Round the clock support for you and your guests (Emergencies only outside office hours – this may incur a call out charge of 50 BGN).
