About Us
Fresh Accommodation Ltd was founded in the summer of 2005 by Mark and Caroline Wain, a British couple whose inspiration followed by hard work and dedication over the years, gave rise to the successful property management company it is today!
In May 2016, ownership of Fresh Accommodation Ltd changed hands to two married couples. Rhiannon is British and Ivaylo Bulgarian, managed a hotel in Devon & also a complex here in Sunny Beach. Maria and Peter are Bulgarian, ran a Property Management & Sales business in St Vlas. We’ve been friends and worked together for many years, between us we have accumulated considerable experience in the property management and tourism Industry.

Together we plan to take the business to the next level, using our experience and resources to be the best at what we do. We aim to provide the highest level of customer service. As our clients are not in Sunny Beach area outside of the season they have peace of mind that their properties are looked after all year round.
On top of the services we already offer; property management, rentals, cleaning, transfers, insurance and internal property repairs/repaint, we are currently looking at new, innovative services to offer our clients.
We are based centrally. Our office is at the front of Sunny Fort Complex, only a couple of hundred meters from the main strip. We welcome clients and visitors to our office during working hours to answer any queries you may have.
