Is your apartment in the process of being built and you’re not sure how it's coming
along? Are you trying to sell your apartment and don't have up to date photographs?
Are you thinking of renting and don't have appealing photographs? We can take digital
photographs and email them to you. In fact we can take photographs of almost anything
for you, the service is not limited to just apartments. The cost for this service
is £25. If you would like us to dress your apartment and make beds for promotional
type photographs then there is an additional £15 charge. Please note that we will
only be able to do this if you supply all the bedding etc. required.
- Property Viewing
If your property is for sale and you would like us to accompany perspective buyers we can do so. The charge for this service is BGN50.
- Car Hire
Fancy travelling a bit further afield on your holiday and exploring some of the
country?
We have teamed up with a local agent to offer hire cars at very reasonable rates.
There are a wide selection of vehicles ranging from a Renault Twingo Cabriolet to
a 7 seater Citroen Evasion.
Child seats are also available at a cost of BGN10.
Prices start from BGN70 per day including 20% VAT for 1 day decreasing for longer
rentals and includes unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver and theft protection.
